Skopje Film Festival, International Queer & Migrant Film Festival and Stichting art.1 have teamed up once again to bring Queer Film Days Macedonia. On May 25th and 26th 2021 we brought a varied and exciting queer film programming to Kinoteka (Skopje), with screenings of “Silent Voice” and “March for Dignity.” Likewise, we are very happy to be premiering the films “Chair” and “LILI,” which were made by Macedonian filmmakers with the support of the Impact Your Doc Grant. The film “LILI”, made by Ana Andonova, was very well received after its international premiere in Novi Sad (May 2021), and has already been selected for several international film festivals. Andonova: “I am very happy that I was able to share the life story of Lili though my film. I hope that many people will be inspired by their artivism and their quest to make the world a better place”.
